License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Trial Use and Conversion to Paid Version

TuneLab Pro initially installs as a trial version for the purpose of evaluation. To this end, occasional delays of two minutes have been inserted into the software. You will be notified of the delay by a message that will appear on the screen. When you see this message, merely wait two minutes and the message will go away and normal operation will resume. If you have a TuneLab license number, you can convert this trial version to a paid version (without the delays) by going to Help, Enter License Information and following the instructions.

Single Use

One licensed copy of TuneLab Pro may be installed on several computers so long as the user ensures that only one copy can be in use at any one time. For organizational settings, contact Real-Time Specialties for information on site licenses for multiple simultaneous users.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which TuneLab Pro may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good piano tuning practice dictates that any electronic aid to tuning be continually verified by comparison to aural methods and not be relied upon exclusively. The user must assume the entire risk of using the software. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT IN THE CASE OF UNREADABLE MEDIA.

Non-transferable

The license granted to the original purchaser is not transferable to any other user, except to the extent that the original purchaser may allow others in his or her organization to use TuneLab Pro, provided the condition of single use as described above is met. The licensee's name and license number supplied on the certificate of authenticity identify the software. The original purchaser shall be held responsible for any unauthorized distribution of the license authentication. Violations of this provision will result in revocation of the software license.
